HR Director
Born & raised in the Sudbury area, Sherry attended York University for International Business and Centenary College in the US for her MBA. After working around the world and across various industries such as CPG, Manufacturing, Financial Services in HR roles, Sherry moved to England and stepped away from the corporate world for a while to work in Education as a University Lecturer.
Sherry always knew her heart was in the north and returned home to raise her two beautiful children. When she is not helping her clients develop and implement successful HR strategies, Sherry loves to travel, go on adventures and take things from good to great in all aspects of life.

Tori Vance, CHRP
HR Manager
Born and raised in Sudbury, Tori graduated from Laurentian University with a BBA in Human Resources Management and a Minor in Labour Studies. Tori has built her career within the FCR family, bringing a strong understanding of Northern Ontario businesses, grounded in close ties to small businesses and owner-led organizations.
Tori supports organizations by designing and strengthening people practices that are compliant, practical, and aligned with business goals. Her work focuses on performance management, leadership support, and policy development, helping leaders navigate employment legislation while building accountable, high-performing teams. Outside of work, Tori balances her professional drive with a strong appreciation for family and an active lifestyle, enjoying golf and yoga.

Meghan Donivan
HR Manager
Raised in Chapleau, Meghan has a strong connection to northern communities and brings lived experience and cultural understanding into every engagement. Her perspective is shaped by growing up in the North and working closely with communities where relationships, trust, and context matter.
Meghan is an Indigenous HR professional with family deeply rooted in Chapleau Cree First Nation. She brings a strong educational foundation in Human Resources, supported by focused training in labour relations, health and safety, and disability management. Her work is informed by both technical expertise and practical, real-world application.
When she is not supporting clients, Meghan enjoys spending time with her son, embracing northern life, and staying connected to family and community.

Born and raised in Sudbury, Nora earned her Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Cambrian College. She has since grown her career within FCR, bringing enthusiasm and a strong commitment to people-focused work.
Nora’s role is primarily focused on recruitment, where she supports clients and internal teams through thoughtful and structured, people-centered hiring processes. She is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities and plays a key role in delivering positive candidate experiences while supporting organizational growth.
